SERIES 70 LITERATURE
The N. F. P. A. requirement for hardware and rope for a one man load is 4,500 pounds, and for a two man load is 9,000 pounds. O. S. H. A. requires 5,000 pound capacity. All *Series 70* hardware has been tested to hold in excess of 10,000 pounds. The N. F. P. A. rope requirement states . . . "Half-Inch rope [ OR ] . . . 9,000 pound rope capacity for a two-man system." The standard *Series 70* . . . rigged in a 'three-to-one' - mechanical lifting advantage configuration . . . is certified as a 'two-man' rescue & work system . . . with the standard 3/8" (9.5mm) rope, at 6,000 pound capacity, per drop of load bearing ropes. Portability is essential in 'Rescue.' Half Inch Rope units weigh three times what our 3/8" rope unit weighs . . . and Half Inch rope units cost considerably more than our 3/8 inch systems. THE *SERIES 70* IS THE MOST VERSATILE PERSONNEL LIFTING-LOWERING RESCUE AND SAFETY SYSTEM AVAILABLE TODAY, AND, IS PROUDLY “MADE IN THE U.S.A.”
